The Cuban state approved a new Family Code with a more inclusive perspective. The legislation acknowledges the diversity of family structures and extends the recognition and protection of rights to LGBTQIA+ groups. In this context, the new code has also triggered significant polarization among different religious denominations. This study aims to analyze this reality using netnography as a research method, focusing on the social networks of Cuban churches and the religious movements involved. The analysis will primarily draw on feminist and decolonial theological perspectives within the framework of human rights.
