A HISTORICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROPAGATION OF THE CHRISTIAN MESSAGE

This article explores the evolution of Christian Church communication over the centuries, highlighting how its methods and means of propagation have transformed from the Primitive Church to contemporary formats. The study provides an analysis of inter-ecclesiastical communication in the era of Roman persecution and advances towards the officialization of Christianity as a religion of the Roman Empire. The article examines the construction of the Roman Catholic institution and the impact of the schism, as well as the 16th-century Protestant Reformation and the invention of the printing press, which revolutionized the dissemination of the Christian message. The continuous trajectory with the transformation of the Protestant Church is highlighted, observing its European and Americanized bases, and the prominent figures of the last four centuries. The article reaffirms that the verbalization of the Gospel is crucial for the conversion and expansion of the Christian message, highlighting the evolution of communication methods in the history of the Church.
