UMA NARRATIVA VISUAL SEQUENCIALIZADA

Abstract

It is an artistic work that uses the technique of sequential visual narrative with digitally manipulated images, with mixed technique, involving photographs, drawings and paintings cut, reassembled, and modified by chromatic vectorization software. Database images and others taken with the help of a body actor, specially invited to the project, were used. Thematically, the narrative involves a fragmented discourse of situations in which people are at a "crossroads of life", emphasizing especially the issuesof self-identification / otherness; gender and sexuality issues; discrimination, racism,and ethnicity; education and unemployment.
