The report of a visit to the Ilê dos Orixás Temple, based on the participant-observation as methodological approach

Abstract

This article aims to report a visit to “Ilê dos Orixas” temple. It was part of practical exercise about Religion Studies in the course of doctorate at Escola Superior de Teologia. We intend to show some aspects that can be considered similar as a Christian ritual but with different sense we could witness.
